I had a decent stay at the hotel, with very friendly staff and a great location near the BTS Bang Chak station. However, the rooms could use better cleanliness, especially the bathrooms, and the breakfast was a letdown. The facilities are quite good, though, making up for some of the shortcomings in the room and dining areas.
